Quality Management System


Shandong Zhongsheng Pharmaceutical and Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. aims to achieve a design quality excellence rate of 96%, a welding one-time inspection qualification rate of 97%, a water pressure test one-time qualification rate of 99%, and a user satisfaction rate of 99%. A comprehensive quality assurance system has been established in the design and production process, including design control, material control, process control, production process control, quality inspection control, and after-sales service control. A clear job responsibility system has been established to ensure that each process sequence is in a long-term and stable controlled state, laying a solid foundation for producing higher quality and more satisfactory products for users.

Design Control

The basic requirements, procedures, and responsibilities related to the design and development of processing equipment, as well as the control of quality process activities, are applied to all processed products of our company, from the review and verification of design and development inputs and outputs, and design changes to the design quality control of the entire process of production and customer.

Material Control

Specific regulations shall be made for the management procedures, control requirements, and responsibilities of relevant personnel for various raw materials, outsourcing, and purchased parts of the product, from planned procurement to production distribution, to ensure the accuracy and traceability of product materials.

Process Control

The process personnel should prepare the process documents according to the construction drawings, and implement relevant standards, regulations, norms, and provisions in the process documents. They are responsible for modifying the process documents and carefully handling issues related to the manufacturing process. The process manager conducts effective and process review of the drawings and keep records, has the authority to handle process issues in product production, and is responsible for all work of the process system.

Production Process Control

Production workers are subject to an assessment system and are not allowed to work without passing the examination. Fixtures and tools need to be regularly inspected to ensure their accuracy. Production workers strictly follow the process drawings for construction, achieving the principle of "no construction without drawings and processes". Processing equipment also requires regular inspections to ensure its integrity and accuracy. Production workers shall specifically execute "welding control program", "non-destructive testing control program", "heat treatment control program", "physical and chemical inspection control program", and "pressure test control program".

Quality Inspection and Control

The basis for product inspection, testing, and inspection is design drawings, process documents, and corresponding technical standards. The inspection method is a three inspection system that combines self inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection. After each process is completed, the operator should self check the formal dimensions and withstand voltage. The quality inspector conducts inspections according to technical standards. Materials that have not been inspected and passed will not be fed. The previous process shall not be transferred to the next process without passing the inspection. Unqualified components are not assembled. Unqualified products are not allowed to be stored or leave the factory. After the operator passes the self inspection, the quality inspector conducts a careful test and inspection according to the process drawings and standard requirements.
