Design Process Description

The research center has a strong R&D team and advanced experimental and testing instruments. It can conduct relevant experiments according to the raw material information and processing requirements provided by the client, and simulate and calculate the process according to customer needs and experimental results.First of all, we rely on chemical process simulation software (ASPEN PLUS, PRO II, ChemCAD, etc.) to simulate and calculate the entire process of the entire process project to obtain A reasonable process plan. Secondly, in the development process of all tower internals of the actual engineering project, the fluid state visualization technology is applied, that is, relying on chemical flow simulation software (ANSYS, FLUENT, GAMBIT, etc.) for micro-scale and mesoscale process design and development, to achieve the optimization of equipment structure and reasonable operating costs.

Finally, mechanical software such as Ansys can also be used to analyze the mechanical properties of the tower internals, and the calculation results can be further enlarged to the macroscopic scale. It is mainly aimed at the structural strength of the tray in the large tower and the accounting of the strength of the supporting parts of the inner parts such as the support plate and the support beam, combined with the summary and optimization of multiple projects that have been completed, to ensure the mechanical properties of the tower internals and the level requirements of the inner parts.

The National Engineering Research Center for Distillation Technology is a national engineering research center authorized by the National Planning Commission, relying on Tianjin University. Its main task is to develop new distillation processes and equipment, develop distillation process control and diagnostic technologies, and develop simulation and amplification technologies.

The State Key Laboratory of Fine Chemicals of Dalian University of Technology was approved by the State Planning Commission in 1989, passed the national acceptance in September 1995 and officially opened to the outside world.
